IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL - GF991220-DLX

SHOTGUNS MANUFACTURED PRIOR TO MARCH 15, 2022

GForce Arms received reports of a faulty safety switch manufactured by our supplier in a previous model of the GF991220-DLX. In those firearms, the safety switch has the potential to fail and move to the fire position when the trigger is pulled with an exorbitant amount of force multiple times. The cause of this is due to the absence of the detent/dimple on the safety switch. The safety switch has not been found to have issues unless the trigger is pulled with an exorbitant amount of pressure multiple times.

To ensure that all our Shotguns meet GForce Arms’ high standards for quality, we are implementing this Safety Recall of the GF991220-DLX manufactured prior to March 15, 2022, to ensure there are no surface anomalies or conditions that might adversely affect the safety, function, or performance of these Shotguns.

Remedy / Action to be Taken
To determine whether your shotgun is affected, please enter your serial number below.  If your serial number shows up and you would like your firearm repaired, please click on the following link (insert link to input a service request) and complete the service request.  Under “Description of Issue”, simply put “SAFETY RECALL

For Dealers, Distributors, or Retailers
If you have affected Shotguns in your inventory, please email us at INFO@GFORCEARMS.COM and we will coordinate the return of the affected firearms. The Shotguns will be expedited to our facility, repaired, and returned to you ASAP.

For those Shotguns which you have already sold, we ask that you provide us with the names, addresses, telephone numbers, and emails of customers to whom you have sold them. Please send this information to us electronically at INFO@GFORCEARMS.COM. If you do not have the capability to return the form electronically, please call 1-833-343-6723.

This information is vital to ensure that notice of the recall is given to all affected purchasers. Once we receive this information from you, we will immediately arrange to provide notice of the recall directly to your customers.

What To Do If Your Serial Number Is Listed
1. Stop using the firearm immediately
2. Contact GForce Arms to arrange service

GForce Arms will, at no cost to you, provide a prepaid return shipping label, replace the disconnector spring
with an updated component, perform a full function and safety inspection, and return the firearm promptly.
