FIREARMS:

GForce Arms does not provide refunds for firearms purchases. We do provide warranty repairs and replacements if necessary. It is the responsibility of the firearms owner to review the owner’s manual before operation. Owner’s manuals can be found on the GForce Arms website under the support tab.

To be eligible for a warranty return, your item must be registered and not modified in any way to void the warranty. It must also be in the original packaging. If GForce Arms finds no issue with the firearm then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

To complete your warranty return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ACCESSORIES:

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products sold on this website in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached to be eligible for return. If a product is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, ammunition may not be returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
